I used my protonmail there.
you might have an “unclean” username… flagged in the system. I know professor is one handle that has been around for a while, shared by many people over the years, so that might have been it? The email you use shouldn’t matter, I use my wother@pm.me account for gitlab & github, as that is where I registered my PGP key to.
