Hi, can anybody explain me the difference between reinstalling new release of an OS, to that of what differences would be/not be found if the old iso is updated.

@Th3Director can i know how this question was created and how is this tree structure i mean discussion offtopic technical memes what are these and what are groups and what is a post i canβt seem to be able to differentiate between these
its something like if u install the new release of any OS then u get all the pre configs that they made as the OS looks new
and if u update u still get all those features but the system will be in your old configured settings u need to change it and make changes your self
basically both are same
but still many ppl like to fresh install OS idk why
